国际学生在线学习行为规范

为有序推进各项在线教育教学活动,营造良好的教学环境,规范课堂教学秩序,提升学习效果,提高教学质量,现结合实际情况,国际教育学院制定如下国际学生在线课堂行为规范。

In order to promote various education and teaching activities in an orderly manner, create a good online teaching environment, standardize the classroom teaching order, strengthen the learning effect, and improve the quality of teaching. Now combining the actual situation, the School of International Education (SIE) has formulated the following Code of Conduct for International Students in Online Learning.

一、调整状态,准备学习条件

PART Ⅰ: 

ADJUST STATUS AND PREPARE FOR LEARNING CONDITIONS

国际学生应调整好自身学习状态和作息时间,预备好手机、电脑等电子设备,确保网络畅通,调试好相应学习平台,准备好笔记本、笔等学习用具,并尽力、尽量在固定、安静的环境下进行学习。

International students should adjust their study status and work schedule, prepare electronic devices such as mobile phones and computers, ensure that the network is smooth, debug the corresponding learning platform, prepare notebooks, pens, and other learning tools, and try their best to stay in a fixed and quiet environment.

(一)身心准备。积极面对,早睡早起,劳逸结合。在线学习要端正坐姿,根据电子屏幕的大小调整用眼距离,屏幕要在双眼的正前方。读书写字时保持“三个一”:手离笔尖一寸、眼离书本一尺,胸距书桌一拳。保证充足睡眠和均衡饮食,养成良好的作息习惯,进行适当的身体锻炼,增强体质,提高免疫力。

1. Physical and Mental Preparation. Facing the situation positively, going to bed early and getting up early, combining work and rest. Online learning requires sitting upright, adjusting the eye distance according to the size of the electronic screen, and the screen should be directly in front of the eyes. Keep Three Ones when reading and writing: your hand is 1.3 inch es away from the pen tip, your eyes are 1.1 foot away from the book, and your chest is one fist from the desk. Ensure adequate sleep and a balanced diet, develop good habits of study and rest, carry out appropriate exercise, enhance physical fitness, improve immunity.

(二)硬件准备。准备台式计算机或笔记本电脑或平板电脑或手机,屏幕宜大不宜小,并确保电力充足。调整合适的屏幕亮度,减少室内环境灯光亮度与屏幕亮度差异,可适当增加屏幕显示的对比度。夜间应使用台灯并打开房间大灯。

2. Hardware Preparation. Prepare a desktop computer,  a laptop, a tablet or a mobile phone. The screen better be large than small, and ensure that the power is sufficient. Adjust the appropriate screen brightness to reduce the difference between the indoor light brightness and the screen brightness, can also appropriately increase the contrast of the screen display. Table lamps should be used at night and the headlights of the room should be turned on.

(三)网络准备。确保网络畅通,有线网络或无线网络均可,避免通讯欠费。

3. Network Preparation. Make sure the network is smooth, either cable or wireless, to avoid communication arrears.

(四)软件准备。安装Zoom、微信、QQ、腾讯课堂等软件,并熟练掌握其使用方法。

4. Software Preparation. Install Zoom, WeChat, QQ, Tencent Classroom and other software, and be familiar with its usage.

(五)资源平台。熟悉超星学习通、中国大学MOOC等在线教学资源平台,配合课程安排进行学习。

5. Resource Platform. Be familiar with online teaching resource platforms such as Learning Superstar and China University MOOC, and learn according to the curriculum arrangement.

(六)学习用品。准备好纸、笔等学习用品,建议每门课准备1个笔记本和1个作业本。

6. Learning Supplies. Prepare learning supplies such as paper and pen. It is recommended to prepare 1 notebook and 1 workbook for each class.

(七)生活用品。备好饮用水、纸巾等。注意手部卫生,养成勤洗手的好习惯。同时要避免用手直接接触眼睛,以免对眼睛造成伤害或者感染。如有必要,带上口罩。

7. Daily Necessities. Prepare drinking water and paper towels. Pay attention to hand hygiene and develop a good habit of washing your hands frequently. At the same time, avoid touching the eyes directly with your hands to avoid harm or infection to the eyes. Wear a mask if necessary.

(八)信息获取。加入班级微信群、QQ群等,了解教学进度、课程安排,关注上课时间,获取课程学习资料电子文档。

8. Information Acquisition. Join the class WeChat group, QQ group, etc. to learn about the teaching progress, curriculum arrangements, pay attention to class time, and obtain digital documents of course learning materials.

(九)学习环境。端坐于书桌前,确保上课期间无其他声音传入,无关画面不进入视频区域,避免中途离开课堂,并保持学习环境卫生整洁。

9. Learning Environment. Sit at the desk, make sure that no other sounds come in during the class, and that irrelevant pictures do not enter the video area, avoid leaving the class halfway through, and keep the learning environment clean and tidy.

二、提前预习,掌握学习方法

PART Ⅱ: 

PREVIEW AND MASTER THE LEARNING METHODS

国际学生应及时关注学习群中在线教学安排以及授课教师推送的课前学习(预习)资料。做到主动学习,提前预习。

International students should pay attention to the online teaching arrangements in the learning groups and the preview materials sent by the teachers. Be proactive and learn in advance.

三、按时到课,遵守考勤制度

PART Ⅲ: 

BE ON TIME AND FOLLOW THE ATTENDANCE SYSTEM

国际学生每节课上课前须至少提前5分钟登陆对应学习平台,按时参加在线学习,须做到“五个不”,即不旷课、不迟到、不早退、不挂机、不刷课。国际学生凡因故不能按时参加在线学习者,须提前征得授课教师的同意并向所在年级国际学生辅导员报备,并按要求办理请假手续。无故旷课者将根据《国际学生手册》中的相关规定处理。具体要求如下:

International students must log in to the corresponding learning platform at least 5 minutes in advance of each class and participate in online learning on time. They must obey the ‘5 DON”Ts: do not absent from class, do not be late, do not leave early, do not hang up, and do not rush up. International students who are unable to participate in online learning on time for any reason must obtain the consent of the teacher in advance, report to the international student counselor in their batch, and go through leave procedures as required. Unexcused absentees will be dealt with in accordance with the relevant regulations in the International Student Handbook. Specific requirements are as following:

(一)实名上课。提前进入学习平台(上课软件),自觉修改网名,以真实学号和姓名备注,以便授课教师进行考勤和在线教学互动。

1. Real-name Classes. Enter the learning platform (learning software) in advance, consciously modify the username, and make notes with the roll number and name, so that the teacher can conduct attendance and interact with students in online teaching.

(二)按时签到。根据授课教师要求在签到平台打卡或积极回复,不重复签到,不代签。

2. Sign in on Time. According to the teacher’s requirements, check-in or respond positively on the sign-in platform, do not sign in repeatedly, and do not sign on behalf of others.

(三)考勤公布。学院将于正式开学后公布考勤情况,在线学习旷课情况参照《国际学生手册》中违反学习纪律的规定进行处理:一学期内旷课累计10学时,给予警告处分;一学期内旷课累计15学时,给予严重警告处分;一学期内旷课累计20学时,给予留校察看处分;一学期内旷课累计30学时,给予开除学籍处分。

3. Attendance Announcement. SIE will announce the attendance after the official start of the new semester. The absenteeism of online learning will be dealt with in accordance with the regulations on violation of learning discipline in the International Student Handbook: a total of 10 hours of absenteeism during a semester, the student will be given a warning; a total of 15 hours of absenteeism during a semester, the student will be given a serious warning; a total of 20 hours of absenteeism during a semester, the student will be given suspension, a total of 30 hours of absenteeism during a semester, the student will be expelled.

四、自律自觉,严守课堂纪律

PART Ⅳ: 

BE SELF-DISCIPLINE AND FOLLOW THE CLASSROOM DISCIPLINE

进行在线学习时,国际学生须听从授课教师指导安排,认真听讲,积极思考,不做与学习无关的事情,不浏览与学习无关的信息,不发表不当言论。国际学生进入视频课堂时,须着装得体,言行文明。具体要求如下:

When conducting online learning, international students must follow the guidance of the teacher , listen carefully, think positively, do not do things unrelated to learning, do not browse information unrelated to learning, and do not make inappropriate comments. International students must dress appropriately and be polite when they enter the video classroom. Specific requirements are as following:

(一)端正态度、遵守纪律。进行在线学习时,国际学生须做好自我监督,不在课堂上做与课堂无关的事,不在学习群发无关信息。

1. Correct Attitude and Discipline. When conducting online learning, international students must be self-supervised, do not do anything unrelated to the class in the classroom, and do not send irrelevant information in the study group.

(二)专注课堂、认真思考。国际学生应紧跟授课教师的教学思路,认真思考,做好笔记。

2. Focus on the Classroom and Think Hard. International students should follow the teaching ideas of the teachers, think carefully, and take notes.

(三)积极发言、文明用语。国际学生在教学互动环节中应积极回应授课教师提问。互动交流时须注意文明礼貌用语。

3. Actively Speak and Use Polite Language. International students should actively respond to the teachers' questions during the teaching interaction. Use polite language when interacting.

(四)遇到故障,沉着应对。如国际学生在线学习时遇到硬件故障、网络故障或声音图像不清晰等状况,应及时查找问题、解决问题,避免影响课堂秩序。错过的在线学习可以通过回放等方式查漏补缺。

4. Calm Response When Encountering Failure. If international students encounter problems such as hardware failure, network failure, or unclear sound and images when studying online, they should find and solve problems in a timely manner to avoid affecting classroom order. Missed online learning parts can be made up through playback.

(五)克服困难、及时反馈。国际学生应主动应对因时差、网络等产生的困难,积极想办法克服,全力完成在线学习任务。如国际学生有对在线教学的建议和要求,应及时与授课教师沟通交流,也可与教学管理老师反映反馈。

5. Overcome Difficulties and Provide Timely Feedback. International students should take the initiative to deal with the difficulties caused by jet lag and Internet, etc., actively find ways to overcome them, and fully complete the online learning tasks. If international students have suggestions and requirements for online teaching, they should communicate with the teacher in a timely manner, and also provide feedback to the teachers in teaching affairs.

五、巩固知识,完成课后作业

PART Ⅴ: 

CONSOLIDATE KNOWLEDGE AND COMPLETE HOMEWORK

国际学生在线学习后应认真整理学习笔记,加强复习和预习。按时完成授课教师布置的课程作业,通过文档、照片等形式主动、按时发送给授课教师,或提交至授课教师指定的学习平台上。积极开展讨论,建立学习互助小组,课后定时开展讨论,做到问题不过夜。对于自身不能消化的、共同讨论无结果的问题,及时请教授课教师,在授课教师的指引下解决问题。

After studying online, international students should carefully organize their study notes and strengthen their review and preview. Complete the coursework set by the teacher on time, and send it to the teacher actively or on time through documents, photos, or other forms, or submit it to the learning platform designated by the teacher. Actively carry out discussions, establish learning groups, and conduct regular discussions after class to ensure that problems do not stay overnight. For problems that can not be solved by themselves and discussed without results, please ask the teacher in time to solve the problem under the guidance of the teacher.

六、客观评价,保护知识产权 

PART Ⅵ: 

EVALUATE OBJECTIVELY AND PROTECT INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

在线教育阶段或总结评教环节,国际学生们须以授课教师的教学基本功、教学能力水平、教学方法和教学效果等方面如实客观评价。未经授课教师许可,国际学生不得对外传播授课教师的音频、视频、PPT等课件、授课内容和相关资料。

In the online education stage or the summary of teaching evaluation, international students must evaluate the teachers' basic skills, teaching ability level, teaching methods, and teaching results in an honest and objective way. Without the permission of the teacher, international students are not allowed to disseminate the teacher's audio, video, PPT and other course content and related materials.
