在新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎防控工作期间，国际教育学院采取了每日线上工作例会制度，严格执行报送机制；要求全院教职工24小时电话畅通，主动作为，勇于担当，随时听候上级指示，安排公寓管理员24小时至少双岗值班；积极开展国际学生管理工作，主动摸排掌握国际学生动态，缓解学生心理压力；在微信公众号、学生微信群及时发布官方消息、措施，传递正能量；由校医院提供，在国际学生公寓每日足量配备防疫物品，如：红外体温测量仪、口罩、消毒液等，坚持每日为留校国际学生测量体温；委托后勤代购日常用品等安全管理措施。
During the prevention and control of pneumonia caused by the new coronavirus infection, the School of International Education has adopted a daily online work conference system and strictly implemented the reporting mechanism. They require all the teaching staff of the school should keep their telephone open throughout the 24 hours, take the initiative to act, be courageous to take on responsibilities and ready to listen to their superiors’ instructions at any time. They have arranged the apartment administrators to keep two workers on duty at least in the 24 hours. They carry out the management work of the international students actively, take the initiative to master the dynamic condition of the international students, and try their best to alleviate the students' psychological stress. They release official news and measures timely on the WeChat public account and the students’ WeChat group to deliver positive energy. The school hospital provides adequate daily epidemic prevention items in the international students’ apartments, such as the infrared thermometers, masks, disinfectants, etc. They keep the daily temperature measurement for international students staying on campus. They have demanded the logistics department to purchase daily supplies and take other safety management measures.
在国际学生学习生活管理方面，采取“停课不停学，健康平安学习”的管理措施，要求国际学生登录孔子学院网站学习中文和中国文化介绍等课程；通过HSK Online手机app进行汉语单项训练、真题测试和模拟测试；进入中国大学MOOC在线学习专业类课程；在Ace Chinese、Learn Chinese - Chinese Skill和Hello Chinese - Learn Chinese等软件在线学习汉语词汇和语法。
Regarding the management of international students' study and life, they have adopted the management measures of “suspending the classes without stop of learning, and learning in a healthy and safe way”. They require the international students to log in to the Confucius Institute’s website to learn Chinese and Chinese culture introduction courses, etc. They conduct individual-unit Chinese language training and offer real-question tests and simulation tests through the HSK Online mobile app. The students can enter the MOOC online learning courses of Chinese University. The students can learn Chinese vocabulary and grammar online with several kinds of software such as Ace Chinese, Learn Chinese-Chinese Skill and Hello Chinese-Learn Chinese.
